Since 2019, the partnership between Fondazione Cortina 2021 and IQUII took shape in a first version of the mobile touchpoint, where users can interact with the events during the World Cup stages through:
– news, pictures and media contents about all the stages;
– calendar and race results;
– direct contact with the Cortina 2021 Ambassadors to who users can chat and ask; questions by using specific features.
Now, thanks to the new release to which Fanize, the Engagement and Loyalty platform designed by IQUII, has been integrated fans can keep updated on world Championship latest news and live out the dream as protagonist, escaping from the lockdown routine playing missions such as instant win, quiz and surveys on their favourites athletes.
Micro games and engagement mechanics will allow Fondazione Cortina 2021 to enhance data provided by the fanbase.
The release of the new touchpoint version and the integration of Fanize platform will offer fans and Fondazione Cortina 2021 benefits on several fronts: on one side it will grant a real valuable experience to users, making them protagonists of engagement and gamification mechanics.
